How to Eat
70% of weight loss is due to diet.
“70%….WOW! That’s such a large number….can’t I just workout and eat what I want?”
That’s what we normally hear. So we’re going to speak “truth” into you for just a bit. Keep in mind, the truth can hurt, but that same truth will also set you free. Free from your old bad habits that you “bought” into.
The reason why we stress changing your diet is that we know your desire is to lose weight. But that’s just one benefit of eating properly. Humans work better when they eat better. Since we are concerned with the best performance (we call it “work production”) you can have when you’re in the gym, you need to eat well. And eating well works best especially for the brief, intense bouts of exercise you are going to perform with Hard Exercise Works.
We’ll show you the foods that will provide your body with the best nutrition possible for the work your body will do. We call it the NuFit System, and we’ll show it to you for FREE. And for us to hold you accountable to ensure your weight loss success, we’ll prescribe a diet for you, for the length of one of our bootcamps, for only $99.
IT’S THAT SIMPLE!
The secondary benefit is YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT, and you’ll lose it fast.
Now the usual scenario goes like this….
Your Remark: “Oh I eat really well” So I’m not interested in addressing that right now.”
Our Very Polite Response: Okay Sally, thanks for your input. Since work production is a direct correlation of eating well, then you should be able to perform the following simple discipline of 7-pull ups, followed by 7, 95-lb overhead squats, then climb the 18-foot rope with just your arms all the way to the top..twice, and finish with 5, 200-lb tire flips. You can do that…right?
Just in case you can’t, you will need to bring with you a 3-day recorded history of all the foods you have eaten, and the times you ate those foods when you arrive for your first appointment. This way we can address any food issues that will slow down your workout times. And by the way, the benefit of working hard is really, REALLY fast weight loss. Is that what you’re looking for?
I think you get the point of good nutrition.
