-25 Plate Wipers (R/L=1)
-1 Rope Climb with your plate……just kidding! But you still have to climb the rope (4:1 Up/downs)

This was my first day, and all the trainers said this is an easy day..(YEAH RIGHT). After the work out I felt sick but today was my 3rd day, and mentally I’m wanting more. I cant wait until Monday!
