!!!!! Awesome job, HEW Stuart!!!! Those DB Push Presses were brutal…and the mule kicks…and the 500 m run…and…well, it was ALL brutal today…lol!
I’ve never been to a gym that this in my whole life! I’m at 52 years old and am enjoying this gym so much! It’s hard exercise, but it really works. I lost 14 pounds since January to February 27 and I’m really enjoying it. The coaches are really nice both Chris and Christian are very nice and help you with your workout. I never got hurt, and although I am in pain sometimes, I still like to go! I now fit in my clothes better than ever! Thanks to all at Hard Exercise works!
