half way through I thought I’d frown
over hurdles under bars
30 minutes that’s way to far
dragging tires throwing balls
hook and ladder giving all
that’s the game it’s nothing new
a typical day at our gym HEW
This was by far the most fun workout I’ve done! I loved the tire drag. Hope you bring that back soon!
