I missed the work out today but I feel much more rested than if I would have went… The days I miss I feel more rested than the days I attend. Honestly and I am not complaining or making excuses but just stating the facts in my case and my experience. The only work out time that works for me is the 6 a.m. work out and doing that five days a week would leave me so tired. I have cut it down to about four days on a good week and three days on a regular week. Does anyone else have this problem when going to the 6 am work out times? Let me know thanks.

It’s only two rounds….how hard can it be?????!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Wow! Holey Moley! THAT was HARD! The Burpee-Double Under-Burpee combo just about killed me, followed closely by the 300m Row into the second round of 20 Push Jerks. I was so happy when I got to “rest” on the OH Plate Sit Ups (HA!). Thanks, HEW, for always helping me grow stronger, inside and out

This is week 4 for me, and definitely the most challenging day aerobically! I agree with Kelli on easing us back in after the holiday! Seriously guys~ my face looked purple

Hi Joe! I agree sometimes I have long days at work and no energy to work out, lately this cool weather has been a killer too, I change my 6:00 am
rutine for later during the day. At the end of the work out I am so glad
I went and look forward to go the next, some times I need to catch my breath and some zzzzzzzz.
