I love DAMRAPS!!!!! For me, the best thing about them is that mentally, I can wrap my head around two quick, separate WODs. Makes it feel very much doable. First I think, “OK, I’ve got 10 mins of 10 Burpee Box Jumps and 25 DUs.” 3-2-1 GO…and it’s done…whew! “Alright, now onto the last one, 15 V Ups, Bear Crawl, and Hurdles…10 mins, too??? No problem! Just survived the last 10 mins, so I got this
!” 3-2-1 GO again….and it’s done…workout complete…and I’m on the floor in a big ol’ sweat puddle
