I love DAMRAPS!!!!! For me, the best thing about them is that mentally, I can wrap my head around two quick, separate WODs. Makes it feel very much doable. First I think, “OK, I’ve got 10 mins of 10 Burpee Box Jumps and 25 DUs.” 3-2-1 GO…and it’s done…whew! “Alright, now onto the last one, 15 V Ups, Bear Crawl, and Hurdles…10 mins, too??? No problem! Just survived the last 10 mins, so I got this :-) !” 3-2-1 GO again….and it’s done…workout complete…and I’m on the floor in a big ol’ sweat puddle :-) ! DAMRAPS…a beautiful thing!

HUGE SHOUT-OUT TO HOLLY TODAY…DOWN 3 INCHES IN A FEW WEEKS!!!!!!! Yes, Hard Exercise Works!!!! Great job, Holly…keep up the awesome work, and thank you for sharing your success with me :-) !!!! (Thank you also for keeping me going during our dreaded V Ups today!!!!…ugh…my nemesis today, for sure!!!!). Great job 9 AMers!!!

Burps and bears, jumps and skips
hopping hurdles doing flips
want to stop my legs are burning
three more minutes the clock was turning
a little more a little faster
stopping now would mean disaster
we all can start and stop and sit
but at HEW we do not quit.
