Woo Hoo!!! This WAS the WOD to follow GET UP MONDAY yesterday! Unfortunately, today’s LAY DOWN TUESDAY had me on the floor in a big ol’ sweat puddle, breathless and motionless…and I loved it, of course!!! Thanks, HEW, for another awesome WOD! Yes, Clay, you’ll love it, too (though Shari’s right about those triangle pushups!!!!)! Great job 9 AM :-) !
