How strong are we??? Well, we go to Hard Exercise Works, so not only are we gals strong, we’re sexy and confident, too!!!!!! GO 6 AM SUNRISE WARRIOR-ETTES THIS MORNING!!!!!! I was so excited about all the ladies going BIG today! It was so cool cheering each other on and sharing bars. The thing that was most exciting to me was that for the first time, I got to take my barbell off the boxes stacked up for the big boys!!!!! It was great
! Thanks to Kris for knowing the “teachable moment” was happening, and letting us do a few more minutes of Back Squats before hitting the Mini-WOD! Let’s hear it for those Toes to Bar….UGH!!!! Great job to all the 6 AMers this morning!
