5-ROUNDS OF:

-Run 400

-Complete 4 Clean & Jerks (95/65#, or non RX use any equipment)

-Complete 8 Kettle Bell Swings

-Then complete as many Box Jumps as possible in remaining 6-mins.

(Here’s how it works:  You have 6-mins to complete each round.  During each round you must complete the list of exercises with ending on Box Jumps. Your box jump total from all 5 rounds is your total score)

Let’s hear it for the HEW STUART crew showing up in the pouring rain today!!!! We had six clients at our 6 AM WOD; all who said, “To heck with the rain, I want to get my WOD in!” and showed up for 10 burpees, 20 Wall balls and 30 KB Push Presses (split reps). Thankfully, we have a nice, large overhang over our pavers out front :-) ! No one melted and all enjoyed a great workout!

Whew! Thanks for the great WOD today, HEW! I am feeling the effects of the Mini Murph yesterday; the WOD I am lovingly calling, “SMURF” because it was a smaller MURPH :-) , and am happily (????) Boot Camp Sore today! HA! Just kidding on the ????, because I sure do love to feel my muscles grow!!!! Man, those Clean & Jerks were no joke today! Just when I thought it was safe to rest, Kris was right there saying, “10 more seconds, Hil, c’mon, get your hands on the bar and get 2 more reps!” Thanks, Kris, for the push, and for knowing that whenever you say that, I’ve got to make it happen!!!!

Yes, HEW Stuart, we will be there tonight at the 6 PM WOD! Why? Because at Hard Exercise Works we don’t let a little rain get in the way of a great WOD :-) !!!!
