Fantastic WOD today, HEW! I love when it’s 3-2-1 GO, and you don’t even know what’s about to hit you!!! You’re right, Laura, we did do 5 Rounds instead of the 4 listed, BUT, we also got the gift of a lighter Hang Power Clean Rx weight, so all-in-all, it worked out even (ish…lol). And, thanks to the glorious deluge of rain that hit us, we got to do Sprawls instead of Burpees, so (SHHHH!), I think we made out pretty good at 6 AM :-) . Easy, that is, if one likes to call 90 Hang Power Cleans, 95 Sprawls, and 90 Box Jumps “easy”…lol! I love the WODs that keep us moving like today’s did; a great burner of a workout! I could see the fat melting off us all. Oh, you say that was just the soaking rain dripping off our bodies??? No worries, no matter where your starting point happens to be, don’t be afraid to push yourself…go hard, go big, go all out…and great is the reward! More than fat burning and muscle building, challenging oneself goes to an even deeper level of your being… AHHHH, that was some good Kool-Aid this morning….lol! Great job 6 AM!!!!
