Can I get a reward for seeing that the workout was burpees and still coming in?

LOL Robin, love it! Of course! You will be rewarded with a strong core and healthy heart :-) ! And how about it, 6 AMers….there is nothing like crawling out of a nice, warm bed to greet the morning with 100 burpees and 100 KB swings, right???!!!! My poem today is in your honor, because we Sunrise Warriors wake up for this stuff :-) !!!!

Kettlebells are so very grand
My hips go back, and then I stand
“Squeeze the walnut,” said Kris, “between your butt.”
Uh, that visual, makes me want to never eat another nut!!
But, swings, I do…and do…and do
Up to 100, and then I’m through
But wait! For extra special fun, that’s in between
HEW threw in some burpees…now that’s quite mean!!
I was so out of breath from swinging the bell
That after the first burp, I thought, 99 more might not go so well!
But, you know, one by one is how we get the job done
Proving Hard Exercise Works is second to none!

If you haven’t had the pleasure of joining us for a HEW Stuart WOD, please come on up! We are having a blast with the Outdoor workouts! The next WOD is on Saturday at 9 AM. Last night we had 18 people working out with us! There’s great energy and excitement going on in Stuart…along with some butt-kicking, too :-) !
