PARTNER WORKOUT:

With a partner, for time:
2-20 Box Jump
1-10 Dead Hang Pull-up (use partner as assist)
2-20 Double Under (no singles, work on doubles)
1-10 Rollouts
2-20 Jump Squat

(Only one partner at a time can workout….Coaches will explain how it works during each class)

Wow today was tough! Thanks to my 6am partner Christine for pushing me all the way to the end! Time to sit at the office and rest until Wednesday morning.
