-8 Ring Pushups
-16 KB/DB Shoulder Press (35/20#)
-3 Hurdle Passes (2 for Gardens)
And finish with 100 Sit-ups

Shoulder Press, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways.
Ummmm……no depth, breadth, or height is coming to mind
For, in this moment, no love my shoulders can muster; heavy is so unkind.
In fact, my shoulders cannot feel at all right now, and I’m only on rep seven
How can I lift? My soul begs to know. Tell me! Sweet God in Heaven.
Oh numbness; numbness! In this state my joint cries, “Ow!”
This weight is so heavy. I’m on rep eight now.
Wicked locked knees! How unfair in this state I must be
My soul yearns to use hip power! Oh, how joyous is bended knee!
Alas, that’s not to be today, and to muscle it up for this WOD holds true
Yea, through my curses, now done with my sixteen times six…there’s still none better than HEW!

Ouch…that’s all that I can say :-) ! Thanks to Matt F. and Tom for coaching us along. I think Tom single-handedly willed each of my left arm shoulder presses up :-) ! I’d write more, but I need to go clean Walgreens out of Epsom Salt now; my shoulders will enjoy a pampering tonight because there’s more WODing to be had tomorrow!!!!!!! Great job 9 AM and see you tomorrow 6 AM Warriors!!!!
