Pure genius on the WOD name today! Love it! Another great workout; thanks! My abs were definitely feeling those V-ups from the sit ups yesterday! All those “ups” give us strong cores!!! Awesome job 6 AM Sunrise Warriors!

Great Stuart WOD turnout last night at 6 PM for the Dirty Thirty! Our next WOD will be on Saturday at 9 AM, and we will be doing my favorite one, so you won’t want to miss the fun! Anyone and everyone is welcome :-) !!!

Thanks for the Stuart video!!!! WooHoo!!!! Jenna, you are awesome, as are our dedicated Campers who keep coming back each time there’s a WOD, with minimal equipment and no air conditioning in site! They’ll think this is Easy Exercise Works by the time we get indoors :-) !
