Shoot! Why in life must paying the piper exist???! Just kidding! (Only partly, though)! And, if pay the piper we must, perhaps it is because I must do so from Sunday’s fun that makes today’s WOD look extra, extra, extra “fun”….hehe!!!! I’ll be there…sometime
!
Wow that was a lot harder than it looked! I should know by now, the shorter the work out the higher the difficulty! I must say I enjoyed it a little bit though! Thanks Kris & Mary Ellen for the thrusters encouragement we needed it! Way to go Heat Warriors that 400 sprint in the sun was fun right? Yea right! Thanks to Hilary as well for the encouragement to get up & go today! I needed it! Love you guys so much!
I must say, that was a great WOD! Awesome job 5 PM!!!! Man, those double unders felt like they were never-ending; I’d hop in and do the Thrusters, get back out to my rope and think, “I’m here again ALREADY??!”…they wiped me out! Loved seeing some 6 AMers there with me, too!
Thanks to Claire M. who encouraged me to try the 85 lbs.!!! I love our HEW crew!!! We all help & encourage each other, and that’s what life’s about
. See everyone tomorrow!!!
