So after Kris called me out yesterday on the blog for cherry picking my work outs, I woke up this morning, checked the W.O.D. & decided there was no possible, physical way that I could do this work out.
Then I took a Mastery/Excellence class with Dennis Giannetti (I highly recommend it) and you know what…I came. For most clients @ H.E.W. I know, that’s not a big deal. For me a major hurdle leaped in the right direction.
Not only did I come to the hottest 3pm class, Sheri pushed me to RX the overhead squats, Sheri serious props to you! Thank you, thank you, thank you! You & Kris calling me out are the reasons I continue to come to H.E.W. even though there are weeks I want to quit, you and the trainers make it happen for me. I’m back on NuFit & am down 2lbs in 2 days.
