So I’m sitting here calculating my chances of being able to make it through the day without the use of my arms and upper body as I think I left them on the floor @ HEW! I believe they just fell off following the WOD as they were pretty much dead. If anyone sees them, please return them to me ASAP as it’s hard typing all this with my toes!!!!

I swear of there were burpees today I was gonna have to kill somebody! I think we should be exempt for a week now! This WOD looks awesome (except my arms are wishing they took off with Hilary’s!). Can’t wait! Go 6pm!!

Hilary- right there with you! My arms and chest are done! But what a great workout! The first one that I actually finished in time!!!! Yea!! And great job pushing through and finishing yours! I don’t believe that Kris did all those burpees looked like a trick to me, see you tomorrow, we will be walking over for exercise and bring double chocolate brownies. Should we bring beers?

Yep. Threw up a bit after I got through 4 reps. Spalshed water in my face, went out and finished the workout.
Yep, hard exercise works.

Dennis, you are hard core. It has been great having you back in the gym this week!!! Way to push through the work out!!! Heather, I think Kris and Randall rigged that video! I think Kris should do 1000 burpees on Saturday.
