Loved participating in the Hero WOD today in honor of a fallen soldier. Sending a shout-out to my partner, Claire…awesome job !!!!! What fun it was lifting together…even the hang cleans…lol! It was great having a WOD such as this where communication was key in getting the work accomplished. Great teamwork today, 8 & 9 AM!!!!

Woohoo! A 2nd 5k under my belt! I’m seeing a trend here….lol Thanks Hew for giving me the confidence to try new things (and like them). Thanks Hilary for being a great friend and I’m really happy that you were able to run this with me on short notice! I had so much fun! Countdown to July 11th!!!!
