I will say that some things have become easier for me to do. When I first started I barely could do 5 rope skips without messing up now I can go 75 without messing up!! At the beginning I would be winded at 100 m on the rower now I breeze through 450m!! Im just having a blast working out here. Everyone is so encouraging and fun.
