wow…thats confusing! My A.D.D. mind might hinder my times as I try to figure out if I'm cleaning, jerking, cleaning then jerking, or clean and jerking! I'll be there at 12:30 with child in tow.

Great Amy because I am going to need some help on this one! I am beat up from a long week and I feel weak!

I think Jeff needs help focusing his clean and jerk exercise because his right arm is much better defined than his left. I've observed him during the clean and jerk and he's always biased toward his right arm. He's admitted that he's not satisfied with his left arm in the clean and jerk, does anyone have some advice to help him balance this out?

Has anyone seen Andreas and Judy?

I recommend the Dutch Rudder left hand technique.

I would like to see a video of you doing the clean and jerk. I'm getting the wrong impression of you.

Jeff, if you burn out on curls on your left arm and then immediately attempt a left arm only clean and jerk, I think you'll be pleasently surprised with how quickly you balance out the unevenness between your arms. Good luck and happy cleaning…and jerking!

I bet he likes to brings the raucous when he clean and jerks. Cause I know I do!

I've seen Jeff in the gym and I can tell you he is more focused on the reversed exercise: jerk and clean, jerk and clean..

Jeff has helped me tremendously on my jerk and clean technique! He gets really intense and is so focused and hands on while helping me. You are awesome Jeff!
